Hello, I have a similar problem, but for me the problem is just with the wireless mode, Headset works perfectly fine in cable mode but is not working on usb mode, I tried everything on this forum and update the firmware of the headset, however current version of Icue doesn't let me update the dongle firmware in any way. I do not require your serial number, just model number please. Turn the earpad gently in a clockwise fashion to remove it - the serial and model number should then be revealed. If you are unsure of which exact model you have, it can be found under the right earpad. After installing the proper firmware, you should be able to initialize pairing without issue. ![]() I will provide the firmware and installation steps for your headset. ![]() Ironclaw Wireless, Dark Core Pro, Harpoon Wireless Keep in mind that the headset will go dark after around 15 seconds of holding the button. Held the mute button for ~30sec, and the headset seemingly rebooted with normal lighting. Started iCUE, clicked my headset settings and started a pairing. I left the dongle in the USB port, but switched the headset to cable mode and plugged it into my usb port. Downloaded and installed iCUE, looked for firmware, but the headset was just listed with firmware: V.?. I tried uninstalling the device, rebooting. This - Like so many others, my Virtuoso was dead this morning for no apparent reason (other than the battery being dead, which is usually resolved by plugging in the charger). Imo this is probably the issue for everyone on here, dunno why support is linking them to pages about re-pairing and updating firmware when the headset doesn't even have power and isn't able to connect to iCUE at all to do said updates and to pair. Stopping the blinking for 2min let it charge enough to start working again. I suspected a power issue as well as the headset was left directly under the air stream of my A/C all night which probably over-discharged the battery. Hey man thanks for this, it ended up doing the trick for me. My Virtuoso was turning on and charging after this.
